Debt collectors calling fir someone who doesn't live here. I keep telling them wrong number they won't delete my number though! Been calling for 6 months
BC This is one of the many Capitol One phone numbers. They call on average once every 45 minutes every day from 8:05 am to 8:50 pm. They are so persistent that if you block a number they just use another number to call from or they c****e their caller ID. Some come through as Capitol One, while some come through as restricted. So far in December they used 11 different numbers. Now in 5 days of January they have added 5 more numbers. And now they use SIGNET BANK-VA (800)955-6600. When you call back it's Capitol One. I'm looking into a harassment solution now.
