Got a call at 4:58 pm ( Houston area )on phone today did not recognize number DID NOT ANSWER.

I received a call around 8:00 AM this morning, I am in Houston, TX...thank you TM - I am filing a complaint first thing in the morning.

I live in the Houston area and I had a missed call on my phone from this number (2:22 pm). I did not recognize the number so I wanted to check it out. Thanks to all ya'll who have reported this number, I now know not to answer or redial.

Very late phone calls from this number as well.

I ive in Houston and this number has called me at 11pm and at 12:30am. Thought id share it as well! I tried calling it back and it dont go through. If it is an automated call they are caling WAY to late at night.

For all the people who live in Texas that are getting these annoying calls, please file a complaint as soon as you can with the Texas Attorneys general Office (online info link:  http://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/complain.shtml) and report that the non-profit political action group USAVOTERS.ORG is responsible for making these illegal calls.  (They are illegal because, a**** other things, "telemarketers" are prohibited from calling at the times these calls are being placed.)

Clear Lake TX area.  Got the one-ring call at around 2:00 AM last night.One thing for sure, the phone number that shows on everyone's Caller ID is false.  They use a process (readily available on the internet) to s**** whatever number they want to appear.Another thing for sure is that w***ver is doing it has a low IQ, because they obviously don't know how to program the thing so that the victim's phone rings more than once or gets answered so they can leave a prerecorded scam message.

This number called me at 3:25 this morning and when i tried to call it back i got this number can not be connected and i tried to send a text message but it came back saying that, that number is a land line.

This call came at 3:53 a.m...rang once and left no message.

this number call me @ 3:37 am today , my cell did not even ring . I'd love to know whos is behind this mess .

Anyone know who exactly this is?  My cell rang at 3:50 this morning, and it's the same as everyone above.  I'd love to know who this **** is and why they bug people at such odd hours.

Call came through on my cell. Didn't even ring. Just appeared as a missed call. Tried to call the number back and got a recorded message saying unable to connect. This number has called every cell phone on my plan today.

They call but you cannot reach them on redial, or if you try to call them without the 1 prefix.I will not try to call them a***n, but am turning in to my carrier.

The number appears in my cell call log, 281-413, and I do not hear a ring only receive a missed call notice and when I call back I hear a notice that the number can not be reached. I do believe it is a automated voice message but not from my service provider or an operator but is actually generated by the receiving end. I think they are just capturing info. I return missed calls because of the type of business I am in.

An auto dialer must be at work as all four phones in our office area were called within seconds of each other. Only one ring. I was the only person at my desk and I picked up. Called ID showed "Unknown name" and "2697682092". After a 3-4 second pause, a female voice, like that on many business voicemail systems, said, "Please listen to the following message." Another pause and then a very garbled voice, sounded like an older female and perhaps foreign, said so****ing like, "_________ is your right. Please exercise it carefully." (I could not understand the first word.) This was followed by the original voice saying so****ing like, "That completes this call." (I don't remember exactly the final message).

This number just called me at 9:25am, I'm in Houston, TX, today is 05/25/2008. It rang once only. They didn't leave a voicemail.

Called my home line - 281 prefix, 1 ring and then ***g up. Annoying to say the least. 11:40am

I have also had two missed calls from this number as well.  One call was on 5/21/2008 at 1:44pm and the 2nd was on 5/22/2008 at 2:59pm.  Only the number shows and they do not leave a message.

Just called here in Houston 5:49PM.  One ring then ***g up.

This number calls once a day; shows Unknown Name on caller id; leaves no message.

I have had two missed calls from this number at different time and different days. I called back and operator say "this number can't be reach". I live in cypress, tx. The number is calling my cell phone not home number.

i just got a call from this number w/a message... unable to hear what is said by the first person totally in audible (does sound similar to 'exercise it' but not sure of that but then another voice says GOOD BYE...the same number called me at work yes****ay evening but no message was left.

I got a call from this number yes****ay on 5/21 at 3:16 p.m. central time. Then today 5/21 at 1;15 p.m. and then at 2:01 p.m.  it rings once and ****s up. If this is a automated system I hope the fix it soon.

I'm in Houston and keep getting this number on my cell phone.  Did not answer any of the times and thought I do a search. Be careful in answering unknown numbers.  Sometimes they can use the open line to charge long distance calls.

this number called my work number and left a message that was very weird, could barely understand it in a deep voice and the last word sounded like "exercise".  When i called back, it was not a working number.

I got a call 5/20/08 around 3pm and my husband just (5/21) got a call right before 2pm.  Mine rang once and said missed call and my husband's just showed as a missed call.  No VM for either.  Both calls are to TMobile phones with Houston area codes.  I also did a reverse search and whitepages.com gives the following:(269) 768-2092 is a land line based in Bellevue, MIThe registered service provider is Lucre**.Detailed listing information is not available.
