Asking me about best time to call and what my interests are for going to college. Calls 2-3 times a day even after blocking the number the last few digits c****e and call me the next day even after asking to stop calling

Work nights asked to stop calling me tired of the ****.

Calls and says "Have an important message for members of this household" then gives a chance to push 1, etc. Am on Do Not Call List as well.

this number calls our home 3-5 times a day and I just let the ma****e pick it up - - no messages left. Sick and tired of this number calling so many times and it's a waste of my time. If I wanted so****ing from them (w***ver they are) - I would have called them ! Obviously the do not call registry is a real farce !

This number called and didn't leave a message. The location of this number is in Bellevue, MI. If they are saying that they are state police, that is a scam, I LIVE IN IOWA!!!! Do not answer these calls or give personal information.

I have asked these yahoos to stop calling me I have also complained to the Do Not Call Regsitry since I have actually told some man that I did not want them calling me.

I also got a call from this number. The guy wanted to talk to my husband-knew his first name. Guy called himself Bill. I am also on the DNC list.

I get calls from them all the time. Same type of background noise. Scammers, I guess. Creeps me out.

KEEPS CALLING

SPOC on caller ID keeps Calling. I'm tied of them calling every 2-3 weeks. I just don't answer the calls. There has to be a way we can contact the FCC on this.

I came up as "Call Center, MI" and ***ody says anything when you answer. I am also in Iowa.

they have called the last three days.....do not leave any messages.....today i answered the phone and they did not talk to me.......this has got to stop......

they called and asked for my mom, when i said she wasnt there and asked if i cud take a message they sed yeah just tell her state police called. they didnt sound like state police. and we live in iowa, not michigan.

Have received this number on my caller ID but I don't answer it because it is not someone I know so I figure it is someone wanting a donation, or trying to get information out of me to steal my iden***y, or wants to take money from my bank account, or wants to sell me so****ing I don't need or even my mother in law!!

This number has 2 caller ID's when they call.  SPOC and Call Center,MI.They are the state police trying to raise money.  They don't take no for an answer as they continue to call every time you ask them not to or tell them no you don't want to give them any money.They call twice a day, about evey other day whether you've already refused them or not.  Very harrassing callers.  Sure won't ever give to them a***n.  They abuse the Do Not Call charity loophole with non-stop calls.

I did not answer but the message left was two people speaking in the background. The one closest to the phone said "I would offer him 5" The other one said "yeah good idea" and then just static. I hate phones.......

SPOC caller ID. Don't know them and don't want to know them. Not the first time calls originated from SPOC. Didn't answer and won't in the future. Like numerous other complaintants I live in Iowa.

Have had several of these in the last couple of weeks the last minutes ago. They ask to speak to my husband and I tell them he has been dead for over two years. The one this morning after learning of his ***** asked if he was "available"! They then try to get a donation from me. They say they are a law enforcement group dedicated to "returning children to their parents". Wish they would update their calling lists removing the deceased and their handlers would instruct them that people who have died aren't avilable to come to the phone.

SPOC If they are calling for the state police, they are filing with the FCC as a non-profit and therefore are exempt from the DNC registry. I know, stinks doesn't it!!!

asked to donation for kidnapping children to help find the children and help them go back to their home. They claimed that they're part of the wisconsin police deparment.

SPOC calls at least 5 times a week. No one answers if I do. If I don't, no message left. This been going on for months. As I said, I'm sick and tired of it.

Asked for my husband and told them he was unavailable could I take a message or help them and he said no he would try back and when I told him not to bother, he got very rude and told me that he had done nothing wrong and I need to be more pleasant to him. Asked to speak to his supervisor immediately and be immediately removed from their call list and he refused to let me speak to a supervisor and ***g up on me.

Keeps calling. Twice a day. Caller ID registers as SPOC. I don't answer and there are no return messages.

When I answered there was no one there. We are on the Do Not Call Registry. If they call back I will tell them so and **** up.

I answered the call, asked for my husband. When I said he was unavailable may I ask who's calling he said he'd just try back another time and ***g up. When I called the number back, I got a voice mail asking me to leave a message with the name on our caller ID, which I did not do.

I've received one call from this number with no message left. Caller ID shows SPOC. I have one credit card with a very low balance and another with a zero balance. I wondered if SPOC could stand for Special Olympics Committee because I've gotten calls from them lately but haven't answered any of the calls.
