I received a call from this number yes****ay. I do not answer calls unless I am familiar with the number. My caller ID showed the call coming from a name "Money Matters". They did not leave a voice mail message. Additionally, to those who appear to think they are helping the police department. YOU are being scammed. The police departments do NOT solicit for ANY funds by phone or email.

Yes Brian just called me today at 425pm he said he was calling for the policemen who have helped the community. He said the name of his company was Corporation for Character I asked him if he had a website and he said I am having a hard time hearing you then I asked him if he was on Facebook & he ***g up!

"brian from the Call center just called here and asked to speak with the lady of the house....as i am the female of the house...i told him i was not interested he then stated he could call back at a more convenient time for the lady of the house, i requested to not call here, to stop all calling of this number....he ***g up on ****e number showed as "call Center" on caller id, have already blocked the other 3 numbers they've called fromthis is insane

This is NOT a legitimate phone call.  The Michigan FOP does not call ANYONE asking for donations.  You can go to their website, which has a list of numbers they do use.  the above number is not one of them.  The fact that they are rude on the phone should also be a BIG tip-off that it is a scam.

They call me almost everyday and the break between talkiing is ******ed! They ask for the lady of the house and it takes forever for them to answer you.

I constanly receive calls from MI-FOP. When I pick-up the phone, I get ***g up on or disconnected. Very annoying and somewhat scary.

The MI FOP calls me often and are very rude when I do not donate or ask them to remove me from their calling list.  They actually **** up on me when I state I don't want to do donate or when asking them to remove me from their calling list.  They don't even let me finish my sentence!!  This happens EVERYTIME they call.  As such, I will never donate to them.  I understand their cause but they have lost any hope of donation from me.  They continue to call asking for "the lady of the house" and they continue to be rude when I ask them to remove me from their calling list.

In any case, I do not want them calling me constantly.  I will not donate based upon a cold call.  I put their number on silent, along with their several other numbers from the 269 area code..
