Leave a CommentThis phone number is serviced through Fido Solutions Inc., which is a wireless service provider in Ca***a. Not a call, but I received a letter, a Cashier’s Check for over $4,965 and a survey. It was for Customer Vision INC., Shopping Business Solutions. They wanted me to shop for products, complete a survey, send them a money gram for over $3,000 and fax confirmation that all of this had been completed. Please BEWARE of these people, as they are using different names, banks, phone numbers, addresses, etc. My bank took the time to look into this and yes, it is definitely a SCAM.
Not a call, but yes****ay I received a letter, a cashiers check for over $4,000 and a survey. Of course, it was for Mystery Shopping. They wanted me to shop for products, complete a survey, send them a money gram for over $3,000 and fax confirmation that all of this had been completed. This is a SCAM...it happened to my son. He deposited the check, completed the****ignment and sent them the requested amount back via money gram. The check he deposited bounced and they cleaned his bank account out. The letter and check I received was mailed from Oakville, Ontario. The bank printed on the check was Hopeton State Bank in Oklahoma, which is a real bank, but the number they have on the check does not go to the bank, it routes back to the scammers. The cover letter had the phone/fax number listed as 1-289-888-1781, which is Oakville, Ontario, but they request that you send the money gram to someone here in the states. Please BEWARE of these people, as they are using different names, banks, phone numbers, addresses, etc. My bank took the time to look into this and yes, it is definitely a SCAM.
