They said so****ing about being a respondent in a case and that I needed to call back before legal action was taken. When I tried to call the number, "no route found" was the response.

called my mom and said she was a respondent in case and she needed to call her lawyer before calling back. Gave a name Jason Ryan and a case number. Total BS

Claims a debt is owed and gave a file#. Bogus claim because ALL DEBT MUST BE SENT VIA MAIL! I also filed Bankruptcy over 3 years ago and have been working hard to build my credit. I definitely think it is bogus scam.
