the person said that they are a mediator with the collection agency and have been trying to reach me over a period of time to collect this money on loan that they said I let default but I knew that was a lie because I don't have any loans in default I pay all my bills on time so that was definitely a red flag

Same as all the other comments. They call my job all day long. There are 2 people in the town I live in with my name. They even call my ex relatives. Ridiculous!!

Receive a call from 305-574-9896 every couple of months, they leave a case number everytime and say this is the last time they are contacting you, NOT!!!

They call saying a complaint has been filed against you without giving their business name (illegal in some states if a debt collector). Often these are zombie debts hoping u are not aware of the statute of limitations in your state on collecting a debt.

so this number 763 275 9660 keeps ****ing up my phone leaving vm messages saying that I have multiple claims filed against me and need me and my lawyer to call them back at 305 574 9896 reference number 11874314 and this time the man says good luck and hangs up.i have nit called her or him back however I'm about to I'm also about ready ro file har***ment charges on the phone numbers because it's a scam they also say my name however it's my maidbe name not my married name amd I haven't went by my maiden name in 11 years so if it was really real they would definitely have my correct name lol

Received all about 2pm. Same number given to every one, with case number 11849897. Called from 314-470-8226, which is a local number for me. Interestingly enough, the person he says the call is for is the name of a guy here in St Louis who somehow gave my cell number out and it is one digit different from his.

Sounds exactly like the calls I'm getting. The funny thing, the calls come in around 8 -9 pm. Saying they need to verify my address. They leave no name of whom I need to contact. Most of the calls have been a female, but last night some man called left the message saying it was the last attempt abd for my attorney and me to call back and good luck.

I'm getting calls from phone # 316-745-2137, however they leave a Miami FL #305-574-9896 to call back and a so call case # to reference.

A message was left on my minor child's phone for someone who we've never met, making threats to her when she answered after school when while I was working. They also said the voicemails are automated and they're clearly left by the male "supervisor" I spoke to. 3rd call after they hung up on me they said my name, which had not been given to them, and asked me what I wanted now and to stop. Scam! They claim you owe money on a Pay-Day Loan. When I called , the phone was answered on the first ring, and a lady named Debbie answered.... never said what company I was calling until I asked. Then gave me an address i had never lived at and said they have been trying to server me.... One the address doesn't exist. Then told me the date of when I took said loan out was in 2015... Once the 7 Year mark hits they can no longer come after you for said debt. once I explained this to her she said well i still owe it... so i gave her the number to my attorney 202-278-2000 ( the FBI) PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMS
