I get 3-4 calls a day and I when I answer, I hear dead silence and they finally **** up on me! It shows the number, but not the name. Instead, it shows the number where the name of the company should display. I filed a complaint with the FCC. I plan to sue when I find out how to do it!

We cancelled the cable and they keep calling

Just got a call from this number claiming to be with Charter Communications with a "variety of exciting deals". Asked me if I would consider swit****g to them from my local service provider and was very thrown off when I told him that my local ISP WAS Charter.

After being contacted by Paragon way, and refusing to pay a debt I don't owe, they said I would be getting calls and now they have s****ed, Paragon Way is representing Dell. Charter is not calling these people, a debt collecting company is.

I've received 25 calls in the past 2 days at all hours of the day and night. They never leave a message.  I'm going to the FCC and Sprint. I'm going to follow Justin's advice, and think everybody should do the same in order to get this place shut down once and for all. I've also received calls from 410-774-8198, so perhaps this is more sophisticated than we know.

Filed a complaint with the FCC, but the easiest solution seems to be use your cell phone options to add this number to your phone's REJECT list.

Maryland caller called yes****ay (June 4) at 10:20am, and a***n today (June 5) same time. I don't answer unknown calls. No message was left.Word of advice, erase your voicemail greeting and make it general. Just in case he tries to get your name and what not from it.

This number has called me twice; Once yes****ay and once today, both at around the same ti*****is place needs to get shut down. How do we stop them??

my wife gets calls from this # everyday and she wont answer because she dont know the #.  They would not leave a message and its really getting annoying.

Just got a call from this number, listed as unknown on my cell. I didn't answer and no voicemail was left.

I just got a call from this number. I didn't answer because it showed up as "UNKNOWN" on my cell. It is a land line out of Crofton MD. MCI Metro is the service provider. If they s**** calling me on a regular basis, I will contact MCI Metro as well as the Crofton MD police dept. If enough people call the service provider and the local police, surely one of them will do so****ing about it.

Calls about 6 times a day, never leaves a message. They ask for much to personal information like your social security number and date of birth.  Have asked them to stop calling but they won't.  Told them that they had to stop calling me or I would get an attorney. The lady laughed and said she would like me to try and then she ***g up.

Listed as Maryland call. We do not answer. We get calls 2-3+ times per day from this number and this has been going on for at least a month.

This is NOT a legitimate Charter Cable caller, our bill is paid in full every month on time!

They are extremely rude and call all the time.  They are harassing me constantly and I don't know where to turn.

No messages left--just repeated calls.  I'm on the no call fed list.  From above comment--if they ask for credit card numbers or such, they have to be breaking some laws.  I get calls from a 888 number that someone said they asked for the social security number.  What is going on?  Why are people like this still operating?  Is it the FCC that regulates this kind of thing?

They call everyday - we don't answer. You think that they would get the message. Ready to disconnect our cable just so we can get them to stop calling.

It's becoming very irritating because they seem to call every day. Caller Id says "Maryland Call". We screen all our calls and do not answer unknown callers and so have never answered this one.

caller claimed to be with a collection agency and was collecting a dept from 1997 for suncom wireless. Suncom was not founded until 1999. Asked for a credit card over the phone. Do not believe these people, because they are a scam
