Leave a Comment410-774-8489-Staples conducting follow survey on my recent copy order. NOT a debt collector.
410-774-8489 is a colllection agency
This is Staples just conducting a survey on a recent transaction. I finally answered, took 1 minute to go through the survey, and they sipped calling. Just answer. These surveys help improve their customer service.
Almost every store I go to has some survey thing printed on their receipt. Many websites I use have popups asking me to parti****te in a survey. Whenever I call almost any customer service number I get asked to parti****te in a survey. I don't appreciate calls to ask me to do another survey. All these people involved in these surveys are getting paid -- except me. In fact, I already PAID THEM with my business. Sure it benefits me if my response improves service, but it also benefits me if avoid businesses that fall short or return to business that meet or exceed (or don't fall too short) of expectations. I vote with my wallet. If I have exceptionally good or bad service I call the business directly. I have NEVER filled out a survey and seen a direct correlation between my survey responses and future experiences. I have, however, seen direct correlations between my phone or face-to-face conversations with local managers and supervisors and future experiences. Taking time to respond to a business survey IS NOT a charitable gesture, but taking time to volunteer as a tutor or help clean a park IS a charitable gesture.
If they want me to answer a survey, put it on my receipt so I can call them. Don't pester me with calls especially when you won't take the time to leave a message.
Business trying to get you to answer their market surveys....spend your time offer your input FREE to them! I hate these kinds of surveys, at least some offer you a chance (bogus as it may be) to win money! And at least they tell you who they are when you look up the number....kudos for that!
I've been inundated by this number, twice a day, for 2 weeks. Now I just ignore it.
Staples copy and print center. They want feexback on recent banner purchase. This is a good thing...trying to improve customer service. I wish more companies were this proactive.

This is one of several numbers from Allied Data Corporation. They are debt collectors, who buy unpaid debts at a highly-discounted rate (pennies on the dollar), then pester, trying to collect as much as they can, or anything they can. They buy ***dreds or thousands of pretty-much "uncollectable" debts, then violate federal law trying to collect them.Bu uncollectable, I mean these debts are generally so small that it would not pay to take them to court, the person who owes is incapable of paying and probably will stay that way, or so****ing like that. They are persistent. They use several phone numbers, but they are all in Texas. They only call during waking hours. They frequently leave a generic message saying "a decision will be made without you unless you call by noon on Monday."I think they gave up on me. It's a $115. unpaid water bill from over five years ago. I lost the house and my 70K cash. The bill came in late and I was done paying.
I have received 3 calls, but never answered. Looking at the other posts, if it is Staples, it makes sense as I buy from them for my company. I have no problems with Staples, have been happy with their service and will gladly parti****te in their survey. I fail to understand how some people who apparently have dealt with Staples feel threatened or put upon to give feedback. Whether they have had a positive or negative experience, they should take the opportunity to voice their pleasure or pain. How do you expect a company to better understand the feelings and needs of their customer? Oh yes, maybe you are the ones who figures everyone should be able to read your mind without any effort on your part. Get real!
I got a call today also and called Staples Customer Service at 800-333-3330. Pressed 0. They said that the call is actually from Staples and that they did not give the number out to a third party marketer. I requested that they remove my phone number, the operator filled out a form and sent it to their marketing department. Hopefully this works because this is extremely obnoxious and annoying and makes me never want to use Staples a***n. So much for privacy.
I have been getting calls from them for about a month now...thanks to this site I know who it is and don't bother to answer. Seriously how many times do you need to call me for a f***ing survey?! Like another person above me, because I made the mistake of shopping there ONCE?! Give me a break!
They need to stop calling - and they are calling my cell but saying they are calling on behalf of Staples - I will contact Staples -
if it is Staples, please call back, I my order was also *****ed up...I ordered a notary stamp, the****ociate seemed to have n lcue what he was doing, I even asked, if you are not sure can you call someone who does know, he gives me a blank stare, of course it was *****ed up, I called 3 times over a month, & went it finally arrived, did they call me, NOPE. so without my stamp I lost 3 weeks of service........I AM DONE WITH STAPLES, WILL NEVER SHOP THERE A***N, NOT EVEN FOR A PACK OF COPY PAPER.
I'm getting calls 2 - 3 times a day and don't answer because I don't recognize the number. All this because I shopped at Staples once? Irritating.
Calls several times a day. No one is on other end.
I received call today from this number, then they pressed the '1' on my voicemail to send me a text message and put in the toll free number to Critcut (S****booking Cutter) which my wife recently purchased.
I have been getting a call from this number several times a day...very annoyingI will be using kinkos from now on....they don't call...ever!

did not answer
im so tired of these people who ever they are! how do = get them to stop!
I got three calls today and several last week... I shop at Staples a lot, and whatever survey I might have gotten would surely be negatively impacted by the near-harassment.
staples copy center survey, clerk almost forgot to give me the 100 or so copies...I felt like I should say so****ing.
Thanks to this site I realize why I'm getting these calls unfortunately I actually want to provide survey responses...but I can't b/c I never seem to catch the call before it goes to vm, and calling back confirms it's for the Staples copy center order survey but then ****s up instead of connecting me. I want to complete the survey b/c my business card order was *****ed up - the cards were cut wrong and there is a line through the bottom of half of them making them unusable or at the very least unprofessional. I can't stop the calls b/c I can't get someone on the phone, despite the fact they are also trying to get me on the phone they make it impossible without a working call back number, very frustrated.
called six times in one day.. no one answered on the other end. Very annoying. Calls s****ed approx. 8am est.
Just received the cal and there wasn't anyone else on the other end. I am guessing it was the survey that the others are talking about.
They called twice today. The first time I answered, there was just a quick "Touch Tone" beep, then silence. The second time, there was that beep, then "****ie" (name c****ed to protect the ignorant) asked for someone whose name she could not*****ounce, a sure sign that they have no real business with our company. Told her not to bother calling back, as the person she was asking for doesn't work in this city, and we're now on the Do-Not-Call Registry.
This is a survey company. They wanted to do a survey with me on a recent Staples purchase. I was able to discontinue the call pretty easily. however, they called me THREE times in 1 day, actually in a matter of hours.
First call, there was no one on the other end. Second time around a voice finally showed up, it is a customer survey company.
