I can't believe how many people think this is spam. LEGITIMATE Chase survey!

Chase Customer Survey. Takes about 5 mins to answer questions about my last visit. No personal info exc****ed.

This number reads "Chase Survey" on caller id. They had called for the last few days (no message and no answer when calling back) so I decided to answer and see what it was about. The person said it was a survey on behalf of Chase and not a sales call. I decided to proceed and would **** up if they seemed to ask anything I had an issue with. He asked if I had visited a ***nch recently (I had), so I said yes. He then asked if I had visited **X ***nch (which was the exact ***nch I had visited a few days ago), so I said yes. On a side note, this made the call seem much more legitimate since they knew the exact ***nch I had been to. He then asked me to rate how satisfied I was with my visit there on a scale of 1 to 10. Then he asked me questions about if I had gone in for a teller or other issue, and a***n asked me to rate 1 to 10 on those interactions. At no time did he ask me anything account specific or for any of my personal information. The entire call took less than 5 mins. I then decided to call my banker and he said that Chase has been calling customers to take surveys on the visits they had to the ***nch, but could not tell me if this was the number they called from, but said it sounded like what he would expect on a call like that. this number has called me as well stating that its in behalf of chase. they dont leave a message and when you call back there is no answer. i also contacted chase bank and this number is not affiliated with them. As per chase, do not provide any bank account information.

THese people have called Every day and asked a different question Each Day. They are Fishing and trying to build up a profile to steal from you! Don't tell them anything! Not even who live there! !!!!!!!

Received a call from this number. My husband picked up and they asked him if I visited a chase bank in the past seven days. I called chase and they know nothing of this. I attempted to call the number back however the line goes dead. This seems fradulent.

Got a call from Western Wats on Feb 11, 2011 at 2:05 pm EST and 7:43 pm EST with no message left.  So I called back at 10:59pm to see what type of recording would answer.  The phone only rings with no recording and then goes dead, so I hit mute and then after a short wait the line went dead with disconnected tones.  If this is company under contract with Chase Bank, I would have hoped Chase would have made sure any company (contractor) representing them would have acted in a profession manner and not so unprofessional.  I am going to copy this comment and send it to Chase at their customer contact email address with chase.com, maybe then I will get a real person, with some respect.  So with a repeated call and no one wishing to known with also a way to verify they do represent Chase Bank I will be making this a prank call, since it is just a call and ****-up at this point.

Just received a call from this number as well.  Very interesting that I just had a call with Chase two days prior and all of a sudden a call from a "Karen" from Chase on my answering ma****e, basically saying the same things as mentioned before.I just got off the phone with Chase and they checked the account - all good - but advised me to always call them with so****ing like that.So maybe everyone who gets a call from this number should call Chase immediately.

I got a call from Western Wats and they said the call was on behalf of Chase. I didn't answer but I called Chase and they had told me they were not****ociated with them.

Got a call from this number on 1/13/2011 @ 4:48pm.  The caller ID reads: Western Wats.  I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.

Received this call at 2pm 1-6-11. I was in the shower, so I didn't hear the phone. If it is Chase, I wouldn't be surprised. Many companies want your feedback after you have dealt with one of their respresentatives. The previous day, I had just been in a Chase ***nch office and spoke with an account administrator. I am sure that this must have just been a follow up call to see how satisfied I was with the service I recieved. However, I do not usually parti****te in such surveys, as I feel that quality customer service is a no ***iner. If a company doesn't know how to provide it, then they shouldn't be in business. :)

they call to my house and want to know about the survey from chase bank i think is fraud.

My bank does not do surveys and this caller is trying to rip off info.

This number has called me repeatedly stating they are doing a survey for Chase Bank, contacted the bank and they never heard of them. Just wrote an email to Western Wats, which is a survery company but has no offices listed in Maryland (where the number is calling from) I asked them if this is one of their numbers and if this is a real survey. Ill post back with what they respond with.

This must be a scam.  I looked up the number on reverse lookup and says it belongs to Chase Opinion.  I do not have a Chase bank account or credit card so there is no way they would have my number.  They have now called me two days in a row around the same time and left no message.

Message on my answering ma****e from a "John Davis from Chase," and then a click.  Caller ID saved the number so I called it back.  It rings for a while and then goes dead.  Scam.

The caller ID says "Chase Opinion" and I bank with Chase so I answered. They knew my name and asked if I would agree to an opinion poll about my last Chase experience. I said, "No, I don't want to complete any poll." and they ***g up. If this was legitimate, I am sure that they would at least have thanked me and said goodbye. I think that this is a scammer looking for information and it is a safe bet that many people they call are affiliated with Chase so people will answer the questions...then, a***n I am****uming, when the opinion is over, they will ask for identifying things like your account number or social security...These are scam calls, I'd bet on it.

I think this is****ociated with a service chase offers when they send you a text message when a withdrawal is made from your bank, Im signed up for that but never gave chase my cell # so it called my home #, a check for rent cleared today so I think that is what it was about, maybe because the text bounced back to them, its probably a glitch that makes an outcall automatically when this happens

Says WESTERN WATS on caller ID,will answer or leave message.

probably some political party garbage.  I don't answer.  If it's important, they'll leave a message.  If it's a scam, they don't want to leave a "trail"....

Got the same call... how do you block a number??

I have a call on my caller ID from this number. It says "Western Wats." I  haven't tried to call back. How would they get my number and know if I bank at Chase???

they called my phone, showing "Western Wats" in caller ID, calling about a withdrawal in my account from Chase. obviously fraud. you should block this number.

Keeps calling and never leaves a message.

Recieved multiple calls from this number. They refused to leave a message. Seems strange. If they call you I would suggest not calling back and blocking the number from your phone.
