I, too, am ****ed and frustrated. I called my local dealership regarding these nuisance calls, but they said they have nothing to do with the survey and recommended I call Acura. After having my complaint heard by 3 different departments, I finally was connected to "Acura Client Services" and spoke with "Doug." He was aware of the survey but was unaware of the "messageless" message which has proven to be one big glitch. I asked him to please have my name and phone number removed from the call list, and he said that he will take care of it and apologized for my being inconvenienced. Believe it or not, just moments ago I received another call from the "Call Center" with the usual click of disconnect. Perhaps my request has not had enough time to be in effect. Anyway, the telephone number is 800-382-2258, option #5. Ask for "Client Services." Good luck!!
Yes, I agree with the others who say it's not a big deal--in fact, I'm really happy this exists because it's made the dealer far more responsive and customer oriented than I think they would be otherwise. The person who handles your service gets rated based on these surveys, and the numbers are publicly posted--the guys told me that if they don't get "10s" across the board, they're considered to have failed at service. Ridiculous--but I do think it keeps 'em honest. I feel like I got 5 star service at a very reasonable price. So much for the "dealers rip you off" standard.
This is Acura calling, they have your number if you have an Acura. They are calling for feedback on your service experience with the dealer. Very good to keep dealers in line and make sure they are taking care of the customers. Not a bad thing.

The dealership called to conduct a short survey from a local number here in Minneapolis, MN. So why is someone from Maryland trying to call us too?!?!
I had my car serviced at Acura about a week ago and I left both my work and cell number when I dropped off the car so that Service could easily contact me. Two days ago this survey co. on behalf of Acura called my work number and asked me 2-3 simple questions. Today I got call on my cell phone. I didn't recognize 410-7748480 so I didn't answer. Why are they calling me a***n? Annoying! Geesh, it was only an oil c****e!
They will call for up to 10 days and usually call at night. Ignore the calls and they will go away after a week and a half... Ugh! Downfall to getting your Acura serviced by the dealer. I have told them about this & they truly seem surprised to hear about this tactic. Bizarre...Happens every time I get service from the dealer
We do have an Acura that was just in for service recently, and are now receiving this call. We have not been answering it, but I am glad to now find out who it is. In the past we have answered them, and the survey is only about 3 questions on how your service was. No biggie.
If you're not a customer and haven't been to their dealership and we don't own an Acura...why are they calling me once everyday? I wish they would stop!!! So so****ing is up with this company.
I've received missed calls from this number every night, also between 6-8pm, for the past 7 nights in a row (with the exception of Sunday). I haven't answered the phone, but if it is regarding an Acura service, I did have my car serviced at a new dealership a couple weeks ago.
instead of jumping to conclusions....this survey is a customer service satisfaction survey required BY Acura to insure their dealerships are meeting their standards. the service managers are scored on how well they do in the surveys for bonuses, etc. so instead of believing acura is out to get you, consider this....if you were happy with the help you received, say so and visa versa!
Hey...Your dealer where you service your car uses the information from your account. He provides it to a consumer research company. Next time they call talk to them and tell them that you are not interested in their surveys. Ask them to put you on their do not call list. Worst case scenario, give your dealer a earful.

I've been getting the exact same. I just called the number back and it said it was an automated voice from an Acura call center calling for a survey. We just had our vehicle in for service and they were seeking a service survey.
