I got a phone call from this number at work. He said his name is James Brown with heavy indian accent, and he sounded like the indian guy called me the other day name Nick Brown. I had contacted Federal Department of Credit Union, and he said this is a scam. He said it's better to file a police report. Too many a**hole out there try to hurt innocent people. I'm so sick of this.

i received a call at work today from a guy who had an india accent.. He said that i owed money on some kind of payday loan and that a lawsuit was filed a***nst my name and asked me if i had a lawyer and i told him no.. He also told me if i dont pay what i owe he would said a sheriff to my work place.. He said i had to fax all my information within 30 minutes or i would have to go to court to get this settled.. Me not knowing was being scammed sent him all my information and when i went home i found out he had taken the money out of my account after i called him back telling him i know he was scam artist.. So i am out my money for being an idiot not knowing i was being scammed.. So everyone out there beware of the number 510-936-8409.. Dont want to see this happen to anyone else

I s****ed receiving phone calls a few months ago. The first call was at 0700 woke me up. Could not understand what the guy was saying. I did understand " God be with you if you do not take care of this matter." Could not understand the phone number so I could not call back. I came into work and the same message was left on my voicemail. A few of my coworkers s****ing receiving the same calls. One coworker received calls today. Calls are very threatening. No one but my friends have my cell phone number. I do not give out my work number. Not sure who this person is. I have no debts so not sure what this could be. Kind of freaks me out.

If you read several posts online, you will see that these people are frauds...

This is BS.  This company is a fraud.  Please don't be fooled or be afraid.  You must received do***entation via mail, if someone is suing you....
