Apparently, IC Systems is a Debt Collector. Since I just got this number and haven't given it out, I'm****uming they are looking for the previous owner of the number.
February 14, 2009 10:29 a.m. Received call from this number. Left no message. Have been debt-free for 20 years. I would surmise that this group of nasty frauds may be looking for the previous owner of my cell phone number. Sprint is our carrier, and since having c****ed plans in the summer of 2008 we've experienced numerous calls from unpleasant sources. We'll c****e our number once a***n. My advice: If you can do it, give your number only to those who need to know it; and don't answer unfamiliar or "no ID" numbers. Let them leave a message

There are two numbers one originating from the State of Washington of whick I notified the State Attorney. I got an automated call from this number saying that if I took a public opinion poll I'd get two free boarding p***** to an all-inclusive cruise. I did give me the option to press 3 and be removed from the calling list, so that's what I did.
