I get at least 5 calls a day from these people, at my home and my work (a job i have only had 1 week) HOW DID THEY GET THIS NUMBER???? saying i have student loans in default. When i asked them how they got my work number they said "We are a very resourceful company mam we have our ways" VERY SHADY

they must be a ***** to****ume same first name is the but last name is diiferent. They need to be sued for harrassment

I have continuously received voicemail messages from this number looking for someone named Brigitte O*^%$^, who has the same last name but my first name begins with a B only, and I know that they are a collection agency. I've called them to let them know I am not the person they seek, but they ignore me and for a year now I have to erase their calls, or listen while they talk and hope they go away. They don't listen and take you off their list if you tell them you are not the delinquent bill payer. I have considered contacting the Better Business Bureau, but that seems like more of a headache.

I got a missed call from this caller. I called back and the male person answered and transferred to another male voice who identified himself as a debt collector. He knew my birth year and offered to help me get out of federal student loan "default". I told him I did not have any default and **** up.

I have received several calls from this number...caller ID said Fairport, NY...I thought I would have some fun with it and answered the phone. They tired to verify it was me with their "information"...I reminded them that they called me and should know who I am...then asked them if this was the FTC calling to confirm the the rash of telemarketers who call even though I am on the DNC list...suffice it to say they ***g up. We'll see if they call back. Now that I know it's a telemarketing co, I will continue to let them go to VM since they have a habit of not leaving any messages and really report them to the DNC people. Good luck.

Thanks for this website and all the great people who contribute.  I get calls from this and other mystery numbers which I never pick up - knowing so****ing about them gives peace of mind.

and when i say NAME i mean FULL name not just your first name... must be first and last

the reason they never leave a voice mail on your ma****e is because of 2 reasons... 1 if they do they cant contact u a***n for the rest of the day unless u call them... and 2 if the NAME of the person they are looking for is NOT on the answering ma****e they will NOT leave a msg and can NOT leave a msg its considered as disclosing the debt to a third party and is a***nst the FDCPA (fair debt collections practices act) now "sick of these nusciance calls" unless your name is on the ma****e dont expect any msg to be left :)

They do not leave a message because that is considered a contact and due to collecting laws they are only allowed so many a week. if no message is left they can call all day long.

Have NEVER heard of this "company" & as no message is EVER left, they obviously have NO LEGITIMATE BUSINESS calling our number. Will NEVER answer answer a call if this name/number appears on Caller ID, but will report EACH and EVERY unwanted call to the National Do Not Call Registry until these idiots are shut down.

Caller ID appears almost daily, but this "place" NEVER leaves a message.Our at***ude is, if you have an important & VALID message to leave, then you'll do so, otherwise we will never accept calls when this name or number appear on caller ID.

Repeated calls. A collection agency that****umes that because the name is the same of the person at the number they called, they have the correct iden***y. For student loans. No one in my home has ever had a student loan. I asked what year the person was born which wasnt correct so "Conserve" agreed to remove us from their list. They will not give any information about their company.

This is Conserve - a collection agency in Upstate NY that a**** other things handles the US Dept. of Ed (student loans).
