This is why I'm happy to have caller ID. If a call comes in to my cell phone and I don't recognize the number, they can keep trying, I'm never going to answer

Claims it is a private business matter and an attempt to collect a debt. Return # 800-496-4200. Since I have no outstanding payments, and my credit report is clean, I will not return this call.

Caller ID shows conserve, but I have no idea who this is. When I picked up the phone after 2 or 3 rings they ***g up.
