Caller said she was with IRS and a lawsuit was coming if I did not call back immediately.

ANGRY I get at least 5 calls a day from these people, at my home and my work (a job i have only had 1 week) HOW DID THEY GET THIS NUMBER???? saying i have student loans in default. When i asked them how they got my work number they said "We are a very resourceful company mam we have our ways" VERY SHADY

This is a debt collection agency. They are hired by the federal student loan agency to collect money on defaulted student loans. I have worked with them in the past, and they are very pleasant to work with as long as you're willing to make your payments every month on time.

They called stating a private business matter??! What the*****,
