This number called me while in school in ******ia. No friends/fam from Michigan so definitely spam and no voicemail was left.

This number called my work phone and spoke about home security systems "to qualify you must be a homeowner" seriously, this is a business, and I certainly don't own a company with 25K employees that has its own division of the city's accredited police force on staff.

It was a recording. A little bit of it was in the voicemail. It just said "...by a friend or neighbor..." Judging from the other comments here, I'd say it's a junk call.
