If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC and FTC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. If enough of us file and win, that should have an impact. What a great revenge, earning money FROM them! Information on their website says the FCC have shut down several of these scams.

These s*** bags keep calling - very irritating. Have reported to Do Not call for the Feds and the State. If the Feds can **** up every call made, why can't they shut these****es down when we report thier numbers?

They called on landline. ***g up when answering ma****e came on. Caller ID showed "Bank Card services".

Lying scammers. Pretending to be your cc company so they can get your information. Only ever refer to themselves as "Bank Card Services"

Caller ID showed "Bank Card Services". When I answered, the message indicated this is my 2nd and last time to LOWER my credit card rate. I selected to speak with them. They had my home address, which I DO NOT use for my credit cards. Rather I use a mail service with a different street, yet these people DID NOT have my Credit Card address, but my home address. The live person "claimed" they represent VISA, Master Card and Discover Card. That alone was another Red Flag. I know the credit card companies are separate and that Discover Card is NOT linked with or a part of VISA or Master Card. When the woman verified my address, which I told her was wrong, I asked which card they were calling about. She promptly ***g up. I called back, got an automated system with options to speak with a live person, or be removed from their list. I am ALREADY on the Federal DO NOT CALL LIST. I wanted to talk with a live person, but of course, their system said all agents were busy and to leave a message. They are scammers and a FRAUD. DON'T give them ANY information, especially your credit card numbers.
