HATE them!!!! ***?!?!?!
It is real CitiMortgage but operated in bad manner even customer like me have been paying mortgage all the time. Using VOIP service, I put the number into disconnected status, then they call to my company to say "thank you for payment". But before this, they called without sound even on Sun Day early morning, when I fortunately blocked them already. Suggested you use VOIP service like www.callcentric.com to deal with this bad manner or de****able callers. I now put them into recording voice mail because they are real number.
Make like a loud breathing sound into the speaker, never says anything, even when sworn at a billion times.
