I, like most here, have been applying for jobs off of Craigslist. Annoying as all get out.

I also got this phone number on the caller ID, no message so I haven't called it back, also have been looking for work and use several online services to apply for jobs, hummm.  Glad I googled the number first instead of calling it back. The thing that got me is the area code didn't match any that I know for the area I live in so I fluffed it off as a tell a marketer...  But I've been getting alot of weird phone numbers on the caller id, that just call n **** up so I'm trying to search out who and why these odd numbers are on my phone.

Caller called around 2:00 pm today. Said I'd applied for a job last week and they would like to set up an interview.  I was to call this number and be in front of a computer when I called. I Googled the number and there's quite a listing of complaints that have gone on for a very long time.

i received a call too from the same number and was the voice mail saying i applied for job even i am looking ofr job and applying to many now a day but

called me too, also looking for a job I was givin a different number to call back that's out of service.

I got a call from this number, but was not able to be in front of a computer. I was told I could call back when I was able to be in front of a computer. When I tried to call back it says that the person I am trying to reachis unavailable.I am looking for a job and had applied to several.

This happened to me as well.  They've called twice, but I didn't answer either time as I didn't recognize the number.  Now I am very concerned that these people have other information about me (such as my resume)... I think I remember applying for a job through a Craig's List ad that felt sketchy at the time.  This is probably how they got my number - should've trusted my instincts.  Is there anyway to keep them from using or passing along my personal information?

Just happened to me, too.  Have been applying for jobs.  No response when I answered the phone.

Call from 646-520-0697 no one spoke. It is a scam. Off with their heads!!!!!

I also received a call from this number stating that i should be in front of a computer and i would be connected to a service rep that would verify my info based on a job app i placed online.  the phone call was disconnected before i could speak with any rep and when i called back it was able to connnect with the phone #.

I noticed I had a missed call that came in at 2:37am. Here I am thinking I missed a call from my son in Iraq.  But it turns out it wasn't him. It was an unkown source.  I am sear****g for a job, so it must have been a automated computer service.
