Did you ever get anywhere with these people?  I returned some handbags ($214) to 1***coach.com and have communicated with the seller through billingsupportsystem.com. I have yet to receive my refund! It has now been almost two months!! I am so angry about this!!

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!I ordered handbags from 1***coach.com at the end of June. First of all, these people are in ****a! Secondly, these bags are fake and cheaply made!!  I spent $214.16 thinking I was getting what was advertised.  I contacted the seller through billingsupportsystem.com thinking they would help me! WRONG!!  I explained I was unhappy and they said I could return for a refund. Wrong a***n!! I returned the merchandise untouched and exactly the way the return policy suggested!  It was confirmed they received my shipment on August 8th.  It has been almost two months and I still did NOT receive my refund!! I keep trying to message them, but I am not getting anywhere! They stole my money! This is the most frustrating thing!  I hope these people get whats coming to them!Please DO NOT buy anything from these people! You WILL be scammed!!!

finishstock.com is a fraud company, i used my credit to purchase a handbag for almost $200. paid 2 weeks ago, but never got any response from them, wrote in their customer service area, billingsupportsystem.com, didnt get any response too.  Pls investigate this 2 companies and if its possible to have it shut down.

The DVD’s are in plastic sleeves. This is not what I would call a box set. The entire DVD set look like pirated copies. I'm not going to wast my time wat****g every disc or episode, but what I have seen is, Two of the seasons are from different studios, according to the DVD labels.One of the seasons has a different water mark on the film, then from the label.One of the seasons has no end credits between the episodes.There is 17 DVD in the set not the 16 as advertised.The so called DVD isn’t worth the $63.00 I paid; I could have got pirated copies down the local market for $10.00. i ORDERED FROM UGG.GG - GOT THE BOOTS EVENTUALLY AND THEY CARRIED THE UGG SYMBOL BUT THEY WERE THE WRONG COLOUR.   I TOO TRIED ALL THEIR SO-CALLED WEBSITES TO COMMUNICATE BUT THEY WERE ALL DEFUNCT.   I SUBSEQUENTLY LEARNED THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE - COULD HAVE KICKED MYSELF.   PAID THRU DEBIT CARD SO NOT MUCH I CAN DO.   I NOW HAVE A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE PAIR OF BOOTS WHICH I DO NOT WEAR.  COULD NOT RETURN BOOTS AS 'CONTACT US' DEFUNCT ND NO RETURN POLICY TO BE FOUND. Ordered from Zumfoot.us (UGG Boots) on 12/1/09.  Had a strange feeling but really needed the boots for xmas.  After much googling came to know that this was a fake site.  IP was in South America and company in ****a.  They sell on MANY sites and MANY fake products.  I too feel that I am usually an educated shopper but they did a great job.  I googled UGGS to s**** but when trying to go to the website directly it didn't exist.  I did have the boots delivered and I refused them.  I emailed the company on 12/13 prior to delivery and told FERNANDO that I had contacted my credit card co to dispute.  This seemed to really scare them and they begged me not to dispute.  Told me they would give me credit thru paypal (we do not have paypal).  They even called and asked me to stop dispute. I GOT my REFUND!  So if this happens to you DISPUTE the charge as soon as you can.  I even told the company that I disputed prior to the charge on my bill, which of course you can not do.  Good Luck.

Ordered UGGs just like all of you and have yet to receive them. I should have known the price was too good to be true.  I am disputing this charge as well.  Wish me luck.

This is the same number I received as the customer service contact number when I ordered Christmas presents for my family from tvdvd.tv.  Obviously bogus because here I sit 4 days before Christmas with no videos and $140.00 poorer.  How do you fight these theives? You cannot get through on this number - it just says they are busy and then its an engaged tone.  I thought I was buying Uggs and they also asked me to pay extra for delivery by paypal, which I did, and they then said they couldnt send the order as the weather was bad!  I have now emailed and asked for a full refund but by these comments its not going to be likely.  I phoned my bank and they say all I have to do is write to the Disputes Dept and they should be able to refund my money and the bank will fight it out with the scammers.

I ordered some 'UGG' boots from woolboots.co.uk on the recommendation of a friend who had recently paid for and RECEIVED ugg boots from the same site. I was shopping in good faith, or so i thought. I received one email which was some kind of receipt. I had no idea when to expect them or anything. I then tried to visit the site which i now cant ***n access too. I am getting really concerned and feel so ****** as i have read many articles online about this company being a scam. I just cant understand why my friend received her uggs and now im having issues with these people. This number also belongs to a website called GHDHAIRCOM.COM.. They also used billingcustomersupport.com which is shut down...They sell fake GHD'S and try and claim them as real but cannot be registered!! Be careful!

I purchased some UGG boots from the website uggstore.gg (which also have other websites such as uggshoppe.com and ugg.gg) the payment went through and the money left my account with reference LUX DISCOUNT afew days after this (usually around the time you recieve and email saying your purchased has been shipped) i contacted them to see, if in fact, my purchase had been shipped, as I had heard nothing further. I recieved an automatic delivery status message saying my email had not been sent, this happened twice!i then contacted the telephone number given in the email(the telephone number listed above!) this number either told me the operators were busy, then disconnected me, or rang twice, then disconnected!I have now contacted my bank account (as i was ****** enough to pay for the item with my debit card)and completed a 'non fraudulent dispute claim form' basically you complete this form as I willingly gave these *******s my detalis, this also means i may not definately get my money bac****PLEASE EVERYBODY BE AWARE THIS WEBSITE IS FAKE, THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDSTERS!!!!! They saved my life.Fridays are what I like to think of as “bless the house” days and really they proved it to me.I was not aware of a law suite that was being pressed a***nst my name and I called these people and just by paying them a small amount they withdrew my case .......hope U don't get into any legal troubles, just pay them and save yourself from being sued..............

Yes this is a total scam and I too have received several threatning phone calls, but this time his name is Neil Johnson with a heavy middle eastern accent.  This company has been reported to the FBI, Homeland Securtiy, NYC States Attorney and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).  The company that they say they are calling from is ACS. DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!!!!!

Got several calls from Jack Wilson stating that I had a loan with one of  his clients. When I asked who it was he stated that he wasn't going say the name of the company. He kept saying that I was refusing to pay & he would take our home. I checked with our bank & no such monies were deposited into our account as stated. I have reported this to our local Police Department. Be careful!!!!
