Trying to get me to buy a newspaper

Albany Times Union hires whatever company this is to spam your phone with calls until you actually pick up.

I've had 5 calls from this number in the last 3 days.  It is annoying and I haven't and will not answer it b/c I do not recognize the number and they won't leave a VM.  I am hoping it will just stop.

repeatedly calls and ****s up on the answering ma****e

They have called non stop for days now and when i call back it is an answering ma****e telling me to leave a message. VERY FRUSTRATING>
