Anonymous Someone hacked into my PayPal account and put in this number.
Smarter 100% SPAM/SCAM. Attempting to use the "Survey" exemption of the DNC laws BUT this is really JUST PHISHING, people. Caller ID said "VOIP Caller" which LEGIT businesses would not use. AND, this call came in just TWO HOURS after another SPAM CALL from "Wireless Caller" 803-239-7330 today on a line that is not used often and we get very few calls upon. BOTH likely OVERSEAS CRIMINALS.
