these people are total idoits. they have called me at work and on my cell phone. i have contacted my lawyer and the local authorites. they did stop for awhile but now have s****ed back. they will scare you to ***** but i have just s****ing hitting the ignore ****on

Same thing; Indian or Middle Eastern accent threatening to sue me over a debt. Represented a law firm based out of California and it grew tiresome requesting information that they could not present.  All scam for s***!

This mean called me and said the cops are coming 2 my house he and **** my --:();/ I am not paying nothing how can these people get away with this

Got a call from this number, Indian guy was on the line claiming to be a sheriff named Eric Warren.  Made the same threats as explained by others.  When asked what Sheriff department he was from he stated "Law Group of California."  Unbelievable!

I have been receiving calls from this number also. 7602841401 screaming at me about wanting money. I have reported them to the attorney general office.

This just happened to me. I just paid a settlement to a loan company. Thirty days ago and out of the blue today i received a phone call saying that i owed the loan place $1,000.00 and if I didn't pay that they send the cops to my door and i would be paying $8,000.00 for attorney fees and court costs. If you receive this number ignore and just enjoy your day. These ***s need a job and tell them to kiss your tail and leave it be!! Enjoy your day!!

How ****** do they think I am or anyone?  I received a call on my cell and at work last week from 5592855337, law office of california stating that I needed my attorney to call them concerning an urgent matter and if I didn't call back they would have me arrested to appear in court Monday that would cost me 8484.00 or I can pay 987 and be free of the debt.  All I had to do was fax an authorization with my cc info and DL to their fax.  I faxed an unsigned letter and license that could not be read to postpone this while I checked it out.  They called the next morning at work, demanding a signed letter to complete the process.  I asked them to send me the do***entation to show that this was mine and they said 8-10 days after payment clears.  I told them that since they were supposely an attorney's office, they could fax it to me and then I would pay if mine, Brian King and John Andrews (I think), same foreign person, would not do that and refused to let me talk to the attorney, or give me their physical address.  I informed them that I contacted my state attorney general's office, local da, fraud dept and police.  They threatened to have me arrested, I kept repeating, send me the do***entation and we will go from there.  I finally did ask when was this deposit made and he gave me date, I told him I would call back in about 10 minutes since I was at work.  I called my bank and there was no deposit made on or around the date in question.  I did not call them back.  Today, same guy, different number and name James Conner, calls my cell and work, did not talk to him.  About 2 hours later, an Alec ? from the Federal Fraud Investigation at 7602841401 called my cell and said that I was going to be arrested at home or work and to call to tell them where I would like to be picked up and to verify my address.  If they have my address, why do I need to verify and the police does not call to inform you that they will be arresting you. Within 15 minutes, same guy calls work, claiming to be Mike Tyson, gave 2 different badge numbers with Federal Government at 7602841401and same s***ch, he called back within 15 minutes and name was Roger Jackson with National Government Police and same number and same s***ch.  I did not call any of them back. The same number called my cell tonight but did not leave a message.   The local police said not to worry, it was a scam and not to send any information or pay and since the scammers said that have my banking information to cancel cc and account. I have 5 of these messages recorded and I will be contacting my local police a***n and the FBI.

I just got the same call.   I asked info and he wouldn't give it to me.  He said that an officer will be coming to pick me up if I don't show up at the court date this Friday.   He wouldn't give me any information until I listened to an affidavit and I never did give him the chance to read it to me.  I told him I didn't believe him and he said I would believe him when the officer shows up at my door.  Hmmmm.  what?  lol.

got the same call wont give any information other then  i owe some payday loan.. heavy indian accent said his name is brendan said is office is sueing for 8,000 but i can settle it for a 1,000 bucks

Same heavy accent indian guy left msgs on both my work and cell phone,  and it scared me so I called back several times but there's no answer and it said no mssgs could be left.

8/18/10I got a call around 3:30 his afternoon from this number an Indian guy with a heavy accent saying I committed fraud and try to scare me into paying a debt I don't owe.  He had my bank account number and some info he had to get from an online loan I got in may and paid on June 1st.  He was very rude and said I was going to be picked up from my job on Monday and taken to court.  But, he could help me if I paid and amount today.  I told him I was calling my attorney and he said I would just lost money because he had all the proof a***nst me.  I'm reporting the place(LEGAL GROUP OF CALIFORNIA) to the Attorney General's office and rhe police.  I c****ed my bank accounts to be on the safe side.BE WARE OF THESE FRAUDS!!

total scam.. watch out... some heavy india accent guy claims he is from a law firm in california, that a payday loan company is sueing me, but he would not give me any other info other than wanting my attorneys information....
