I received a call from 760-284-4699 stating the following. The call was made by someone with a very heavy foreign accent and there was a lot of noise in the background like a boiler room operation. Below was the message to me, Donisha: "This message is intended to Donisha. Donisha, the very second you receive this message I need you or your attorney of record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive . My name is Jack Wilson and the hotline to my state division is 760-284-4699. I repeat it's 760-284-4699. Don't disregard this message and do return the call. Now Donisha, if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Good bye."

they called my job today a***n, and this time I had the pleasure of speaking to this ****. He called himself Carl Simon or so****ing...hahahaha! He had the deepest accent in the world! Before he could talk I told him I had already been harrassed by another one of their scams posing for Cashnet which I never took a loan from. The other company claimed to be from the Law and Investigations department from the government...also with heavy middle eastern accents. When I told him this, he told me to F-off and ***g up on me! At my job! What a s***! Dont give them ANY MONEY! IT IS A SCAM!

I just recieved a call from this number saying they would garnish my wages and take me to court if i do not pay 986.26 from a loan i never took out or recieved. He basically almost forced me to agree to pay the amount today. But i realized so****ing was hokey and decided to invesitgate. Now i do not know who to contact to fix this as i feel my personal information has been compromised.

JUST TO INFORM EVERYONE THAT EVERY RECIEVES A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER IT IS FRUAD FRUAD FRUAD, DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION, THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY THEY ARE THE AUTHORITIES AND THAT YOU WILL GO TO JAIL IF YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY, AND THEN YOU WILL LOSE YOUR JOB, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION AT ALL TO THEM, THEY WILL TRY AND SCARE YOU INTO DOING IT. I HAVE TURNED OVER THIS NUMBER TO THE FBI AND TO ATTORNEYS GENERAL OFFICE, IT IS FRAUD, PLEASE PASS ALONG THE MESSAGE, AS THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US AMERICANS, ANY ONE OF THESE NUMBER THAT S**** WITH THE AREA CODE 760 THAT HAVE A ,MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT IS FRUAD AND DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION, AS THEY ARE PROBABLY USING OUR AMERICAN MONEY TO FUND THE WAR. THEY HAVE NAMES SUCH AS JAMES DAVID, AND ETC

Got a call from this number saying my friend committed fraud and I was listed as a reference.  When I s****ed asking questions (and he could barely speak english) the guy got belligerent with me stating "You've committed fraud.... We will file legal court papers....You will be in court".  *** told him to jump off  and ***g up ! When you call the number back they don't even answer the phone with a business name.

No voicemail was left.
