This morning I answered a call attended for my son. Bank of America claiming my college age son's account was past-due $6000+ and if I would like, I can make a payment. Instead I took a message and gave my son a lecture, thinking he carelessly got his account # stolen. Funny, when he called, they said he owed exactly $4200. He****ured them that he did not want to make a payment and for them to send a statement to his secured e-mail account. He called Bank of America to confirm their was no balance on his account. Curiousity brought me here to this site. I will go through the loops and try to report this scam to the attorney general of Illinois.
