This number keeps calling me saying that it's citibank, If I answer it goes silent. They leave a voicemail saying to call back & when I do it asks me to enter an account number. I can't get to a real person. They call at least 2x a day for over a week now.

They call me daily, sometimes multiple times. If I pick up there's no one there. Sometimes they leave messages saying to call some number. It's the most obnoxious thing in the world!

i get 3-5 calls a day from this gar**** number 816-420-1168; have been for about one month. i dont have any citi accts and when i call the number back it says citi and universal at&t accts. coiincidentally this all s****ed when i switched from At&t cell service to Sprint. would love to have them put away. very very annoying.

It is citi cards. What I don't understand is 1 why I keep getting this phone call at 11:30 am every day, 2 I don't have any pending payments, and 3 even if you answer the phone and does not go to voice mail it still says the same "sorry we could not speak to you.. blah blah blah". It is strange. Does anybody understand this?

i have a citicard, but I haven't used it in the past year...I get emails saying my account balence is $0. I call back and its a ma****e wanting me to enter my credit card number...seriously? you think I'm that ******???They call from various numbers all s****ing with 816-420-....i want to report them, how can i do this?

I feel like i want to go postal when i talk to these guys. They won't quit ****ing up my phone! Get at least 5 calls per day.

This is diners club calling wanting money.

They keep calling my cellphone without leaving a message, get a lot of calls a day

i get sometimes 5 calls a day from this number.  are these companies so desperate that they have nothing better to do.  looks like they would lower their interest rates and get rid of these ****s that are harrassing people.

When I picked up phone and said"hello" it ***g up.

They can call you at the times they are open for business,and since they are open 7 days a week you will get a call. Also, that is the number you gave them to open up a charge card or any kind of account with them. What they are calling about is to collect payment for past due accounts and they want an over the phone payment.

It's Citicards.

They called me today (sunday) at least 3-4 times, that has to be illegal! I tried to block their 2 numbers on my cell phone but they still managed to leave a voice message. Does anyone know if they can legally call on a Sunday?
