They call non stop!!!
They are so annoying! The caller id says missouri.
I got a call today from 816-420-4002 which was a voice recording asking me to call 800-388-2200. When I called the 800 number, it answered as Citicard and asked to enter my credit card number on the key pad. This is when I got the red flag and I immediately called the number on back of my Citicard which was 800-750-7453 and talked to a rep and asked if there was anything wrong with my Citicard and they said that there was nothing. So I would caution anyone responding to this number and call your Citicard number on back of your card to be safe.
Still calling after calling Citbank who had no answer as to how to remove the robo calling. Its been over a month and still going on
I got a call this morning - they have called at 8:15 every morning. I called the number back and said "operator" when it asked for my card or social security number. Some guy got on - I have him my 1st name and last initial. He said the account had a password attached and asked for it - I didn't give that.By that time, I have told him, several times, that I hadn't used the card in years and wanted a printed statement from Citibank. I verified my house number and street name - but not the city - and never gave him my full name. Let's see what happens to this request.
Its CitiCards debt collectors calling. However, they call me 9+ times a day, 7 days a week at all hours. My account was closed with them a year ago and haven't had a payment due since 6 months before I closed my account. I always get a recording telling me to contact CitiCards and when I do, I talk to someone that tells me I shouldn't be getting those calls at all.
Called 3 times within an hour. No message left. What the hell...

I have received daily calls from this number lately. When I pick up the phone, no one answers. When I let it go to voicemail, it is an automated message about a Citi Cards account, but when I check my Citi account online, it is up to date with no alerts.

Calls several times--at least once each day, every day for the last few weeks. Leaves an automates message, identifying themselves as citi corp credit--making it sound like there's something wrong with our credit cards. they give a 1-800 # to call back. when you call that #, they ask for your info--a/c #, SSN etc. I called Citi cards -- the real company, and they have no idea who this 816-420-4002 # belongs to, not authorized by them. Beware!! I will call the authorities on this.

They call every single morning. It's been about 2 weeks now... I try to call back so they stop and it just ask for my account number. Clearly its a scam and its getting REALLY annoying!

They call all the time say its about your account, when your push 0 to talk to customer service it hangs up on you .
Its the collection folks from CitiCard calling. First they give you a dumb recording and then you get to speak to one of their $1 an hour collection hounds from India. What does Citibank do with all that bailout money? Its time the government send its taxpayers some bailout cash cause this economy doesn't appear to be improving by giving away our tax money to the big banks.

I have to leave my cell phone on or chance missing calls from my grandson serving in Afghanistan. Each of those calls from my grandson are very precious and not to be missed!! Who will stop this idiot scammer? Must one take such things into ones own hands? Come on Obama take time off from bailing out undeserving banks and shut these damned scammers down!!!! How hard can it be for the govt to id and shut them down!! I want my grandson's calls and not some filthy scammer!!!!!

Called today at 8:01am, 8:48am, 9:12am, 12:24pm, 2:35pm, 7:48, and I will be expecting them to call back at least one more time before I go to bed. I have 29 missed calls from them from the past 8 days!
Called on Sunday. I have a CitiBank card that is in good standing AND I have registered with the DoNotCall website. I am calling CitiBank and getting to the bottom of this.
They call nonstop... starting at 5AM and go as long as 11pm or even midnight..
If you are going to call atleast stay on the line long enough to talk instead of hanging up. When you do you will hear what I have to think about your calling!

I got a call from this 816-420-4002 for an old co-worker of mine. I told her the person she is calling is not here. The caller would not reveal her identity and then hang up.
Call comes in at 8:40 in the morning and then at 8:40 at night. When I pick up there is no one there and then it hangs up. I call back and it says that it is citi bank. I am not behind on a payment so I dont know what is going on.
