Phone rings. Look at caller id first . if you don't recognize the person or number, just ignore it, don't answer, and if you're not on cell, just do the on /off to **** the call frustrates them to no end. If it rings a set number each time you are probably not dealing with a real person. Four times seems to be common. The worst to do this are larger companies. This a** called my number but who knows what he wanted. But if you do answer your info is invaluable to me because I check here all the time. Thanks for your sacrifice. It probably is a carpet caller. They often use cellphones that are harder to track to a company. The company may be just some punk trying to rip you off.

b_dom I called this number back after answering and hearing a recorded message about an address c****e and checks being returned. See I actually did order checks and they were delivered 1 day before I moved to my new address so they were returned. I called the number on the back of my chase debit card and they asked the same info, account number and pin. I opted to be transferred to option 6 (all other inquiries), to ask someone if this was a fraudulent number and who did I talk to? The exact same person that I talked to from the 877 #! I'm positive because he had the most annoying voice I've ever heard and had no idea how to answer any of the questions I had. But he was from Chase because it was the customer service number from the back of the card. I still find it sketchy that the number isn't listed anywhere though, so I'm going to cancel my card and c****e my pin just in case.
