This is a scam. They are not with American Express.
According to Google, many people (including me) complaining of text messages to mobile phones costing $5 each from this number. http://www.mobilemessenger.com/consumerprotection.php lists this as their "Consumer Protection line" but calling it brings an automated response, not a "live agent" as promised on the website. I *did* subscribe to their service but only due to a misleading online popup advert.

Who are these people, they gave me this number via email and are offering me some sort of job, they claim to own a series of mega corporations, such as fruit of loom, claiming also to be endorsed by the #1 people such of Medical doctors, ect, without giving names, they added a picture, a golden shield, with some fancy squigglies around with HMG on it
