Recording tells me not to , but call back at a later time

this number calls my work cell multiple times a day. It is very annoying and they never leave a message.

CitiGroup keeps calling the home phone and no one in the family has business with them. They call early in the morning and up to 8:30 at night. Getting tired of the calls. They never leave a message.

This number has called my house twice a day since April 26, 2010. My husband has a account with Citicards, but is not in default or late. I turned them over to the FCC on Monday of this week. They call on Sa****ay and Sunday.

Citi Cards Card Member Services calls anywhere from 2 to 4 times daily including Sundays although my account is not in default.

I am getting calls from this number, but here is nothing there when I answer. This has been happening for several weeks. Why would someone call and not be there? They must be some dumb SOB.

They claim they are Citicards, but they don't seem to know WHO I am and why I was called. They ask for my information, like SSN, which I refused to give them, as they didn't even have my record. I am in good standing with my Citicards account. Never leave a message, or if they do, it is talking in the background. Call SEVERAL times a day. Very irritating. Have AT&T, so can't block number. If you have Verizon, you CAN block it though. Anyone know how to get off this call list? I asked to be taken off but they keep calling.

Calls several (up to 10) times a day, does not leave a message of any kind, and at times, has repeatedly called. I will not answer as I do not know who they are. For all I care, they can put it in writing!

They call and **** up when I answer, and when I call back, they shady ****on me. When they leave voice mails, it is always people talking in the background, and this guy grunts in the phone before ****ing up, its weird.

This appears to be SBC Telecom/AT&T - they call all day long. I have no accounts with AT&T and don't want any!

CitiGroup continuously calls my number for someone else and demands that I provide another number for them. I have asked that they cease calling my number and annoying me with their collection issues.

they call every morning around 8:45 or 9:00 let the phone ring twice and **** up then they call every night between 5:30 & 7 pm and do the same thing. they never leave a message....it is very annoying. I really want this to STOP!!!!

I get at least three calls a day from this number. No one ever leaves a message. They even call on Sundays.

This is SEARS who's cards are issued by Citibank. They called to let me know that my payment arrangement was good and they offered to reopen my account at a lower balance... so fior sure Citi.

all number that s**** with 904-954 belong to citibank/citic­ards and anything citi might own. This includes cards like sears, home depot, and my gas and department cards. I used to work for them.

When you answer the phone (don't even say*****o, just press answer) a pre-recrded voice says ""thank you for calling citi card. We have some information about your account. Please wait for a rep."" Well, a.) I dont have a citi card. and b) it's 8PM on a friday night (11PM where the call is coming from). These calls come as late as 11:30pm at my location and as early as 6am. obviou­sly not a credit card company.

called my cell 2x's today...I don't give my cell # out!  I called back from my computer using skype (so they wouldn't have a number) and recording said they are citibank for city & ATT universal cards.  Wanted my account # and to have my social security # ready.  I got through to an "agent" but he ***g up when I didn't talk (didn't have my microphone on.)  Though the recording sounded legit...real companies don't ask you for your ss# but just part of it.  And I don't have either of the credit cards they mentioned.  Phishing scam?

Called the number back and spoke to a rep. that looked up my phone number and found no records. So, she couldn't do anything. She asked if I had several different types of cards, Zales, Sears and some others I haven't heard of but I have none of those. My phone service doesn't provide per-call blocking so I have to c****e my number to deal with this ****. I think Verizon does, though, so if you're with them check it out.

They dont leave a message hopping you will call them back to see who they are. A ma****e answeres as city bank and requests you to give them your acount # so it can look up your account. They are trying to ***n access to your acount information. Dont give it to them, if you deal with Citi Bank call the # on your card, not this #.

Keep getting calls with no message, called the # back and a automated answering ma****e answered saying it was Citi Cards, but the # comes from Florida and Citi Card Service Center is in Sioux Falls SD. If you call them back use the # on your card, dont give your card # to this caller.

No one is ever on the other end of the line when I answer the phone. I receive calls at least once a day and they are coming to my cell phone - not my home phone which is rediculous.

I have been getting called for days now. Sometimes the number shows up sometimes it shows up as private or unknown. They don't leave a message and if I do pick up they either don't say anything and just sit there or they sit there then all of a sudden someone s****s pressing ****ons on the phone. Over and over. Once even 2 in the MORNING! This is ridiculous and needs to stop!

Called five times now on my cell. First two times there was a gap of a couple days, but now it's escalating. Just got three calls within the last 90 minutes. Wish I knew what I can do to stop this garbage.

Called it back and they answer like they are Citibank, but I asked them to SPELL the name and after three people they finally admitted they are "CITY BANK" and not affiliated with Citi Corp, yet they were trying to get me to confirm my account number over the phone!

Similar to below. Never leaves a message. When I do pickup, the line is empty. I suspect it may be an automated calling program that sells working numbers to telemarketers.

Called 2x today so far. This number pops up a lot on my caller ID at my home number. If they are a legit company they are in clear violation of FTC & FCC rules regarding both collections and sales calls.
