Person pretending to be Citibank Security Operations, looking into one of my recent fraud claims and needing to verify some additional information. I ***g up the phone and called the number on the back of my credit card a few hours later, and it turns out Citibank had no notes pertaining to an earlier phone call or the need to verify any further information.
