Howard This number is being used to Scam people for information related to their bank accounts. They will s**** off saying with this phone call may be monitored, they even go as far to say I will get my manager or supervisor to talk to you. They insisted I give my address to verify the "sensitive" information they wanted to give me. I refused as it was so obvious they were scamming.

Same thing for the most part they kept saying that i owed money. When I asked about it and said i never got a loan they yelled and said are you going to pay it or not. I ***g up and called my bank cause they had all my info.

Yvonne i just had someone call with a middle eastern accent who calls himself; Daniel Smith called me back to back after i asked him not to... I asked  him to send all legal do***ents to my home, if he had my info then he surely has my address. Supposedly i have a legal action as of last year, because that is how long this person has been calling me. He has called portraying himself as a FBI agent in Florida. My manager is getting very upset due to the persistent calls and arrigant at***ude this man has. He claims that i owe a payday loan, but will not release the name of the loan company. He wants my bank info and i told him where he can put it.  I stated that if he continued i will file charges for harras*****t. He said, " you cant do that i work for a legal firm"! i told him if you work for a legal firm, then you should know that you cant be harrassing people like this. So****ing needs to be done! this is ridiculous. This man has so many different names and ***les. They are full of s$$$.

This is a complete scam!  Google this number and you will be SHOCKED at how often these criminals are doing this to people.  DO NOT give them any information and DO NOT pay them any money!!! Report them immediately to the secret service, fbi, and federal trade commission.  This scam has heated up big time this month.

This number has called me as well and has stated that his name is Derek Smith with ACH and has a heavy Indian Accent.  This number is located in New York and is a scam.  They will threaten and continue to call you if you respond to them, just **** up.  What they are attempting to do is get you to wire them money you do not owe.  Possibly at one time you may have taken out a pay day loan or applied for one on-line and they have been able to intercept your information.  Do Not confirm any of your information with them as they will repeat your name ssn# and or family contacts, just **** up and they will eventually stop calling you.

JUST LIKE THE PREVIOUS POST, I RECEIVED A CALL TODAY BOTH AT WORK AND HOME FROM A SHAWN BLACK.  HE HAS A THINK INDIAN ACCENT AND I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING.  HE MADE SURE TO ENUNCIATE THAT I WILL HAVE LEGAL ACTION A***NST ME IF I DON'T PAY A LOAN I OWED AND I SHOULD MAKE SURE TO CONTACT HIM IF I DON'T WANT TO GET INTO TROUBLE WITH THE LAW.  HE HAD A THREATENING TONE AND LEFT THE NUMBER 347-289-3120 FOR ME TO CALL BACK.  I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL BACK ALL DAY TODAY AND THE LINE IS BUSY.  I'M GLAD I DIDN'T GET THROUGH TO THIS SCAMMER BECAUSE NOW I'M READING ABOUT THIS SCAM COMPANY CALLED ACS AND I DON'T WANT TO HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM.  I WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO ARREST THIS SCAMMERS AND LOCK THEM UP FOR LIFE.  YES THROW AWAY THE KEY AS WELL.   EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS PHONY SHAWN BLACK FROM ACS.

A few minutes ago, I had a very strange phone call.A Telemarketer called me, asked for me by name.  Then asked for me to logon on my computer to "fix it, so it runs faster".  I kept on asking who they were and what they wanted.   Their answer "we are calling windows users across the country to fix computers with reported problems".   Both the person who called me, and their supervisor (who I asked to speak with, Charlie) were very broken english and refused to tell me where they got my name and number.After trying to get through their bullying of "we need to fix your computer now. S**** doing what we ask you do to".  I figured out that they were from http://www.supportonclick.com/   from phone # 347-289-3770 .   They were going to 'help' me fix my computer by having me install some simple anti-spam and anti-adware software from their website. Once they fixed the problems, they'll only charge me a small fee.  ;-/  Yeah right. . .It felt and sounded VERY wrong.   I even ***g up once, and they then called me right back.  I even told them that I support windows computers for a living... their response...  "we have very qualified technicians to help with any problem, no problem too big".It was very very wrong.Just a warning for others...   if someone doesn't know better, they'll likely be ****ed right into their strong-arm tactics.
