They called my cell, I didn't know the number so I didn't answer my cell.  There is no message, so they loose....OH WELL!  DELETED!Next time they call I won't know the number then either....

This number calls my cell daily numerous times but they are never on the end of the line when I pick up!  So even if I did owe a medical debt, which I do not, they don't even bother to talk to me.  I called them back and asked who they were and they just ***g up.  I am going to call Verizon to see whether I can block the number from coming into my cell phone.

They are creeps -- when i asked the creepy guy who answered who he was he didn't answer and i asked them not to call back -- dialed from different phone....so he said "Well I'll just keep calling this number TOO".  Getting 10 calls a day

I tried to hold a civil conversation, but they became very verbally aggressive. Being that I use a telephony for my phone service, I reversed the call on the computer, hacked their telephone (also IP Telephony), got their ISP information, left a text do***ent threatening them, crashed their phone and their routers on the way out. . . .I did that from a throw away cell phone . . .They have not called back

I just got a call and they dont leave VM.  Called back told they are it system in St. Louis, check google they are a collection company from there.  I called back and told them not to call my cell a***n, said they will remove but may get calls today until 9 pm, man was rude and woman was direct but not as rude.

my girlfriend got call from diffrent # but same wierd call after we moved.we had calls same day in the morning from these company or some lunatics...to her cell.. how do i report this ...

They call me constantly on my cell and at my work, they are extremely rude. have ***g up on me almost each time they have called me. yell at me call my place of work yell or give my co workers a hard time. its insane. i do not know what to do

They call me as many as 6 times a day, between 8 AM and 9 PM, weekends and weekdays.  I have no debts to be collected.  One time I picked up and told the person (when I finally got to a person!) that I wanted to be taken off their list.  Her response was "I'm STILL gonna call you!  I'm gonna call you tomorrow morning!"

They call me all of the time (also 10-15 times daily) trying to collect for an Emergency Care Center in Washington... I live in NY. I've never even been to Washington. I would be aware of this company.

Called my cell phone and said they are collection agents for Christiana Care Emergency center. I have never v****ted an emergency care. They called my cell phone number, wonder how it went to their hands.

Yeah. I have the same problem. They used to only call me occasionally but now they are dialing me like 10-15 times a day. I think that would be considered abusive. I'm going to see what i can do to report the number to the authorities.

Caller ID shows I. C. Systems Inc.they are calling from someone who has not lived here in over two years. When asked them to take my number out of their database they asked me "So is he just an old friend?" When I told them no, they got **** with me because I told them I knew that I did not have to tell them how I know this person for them to take my number out of their database; "You're absolutely right, but is the number coming out?" Implying that if I didn't give them this information that they would NOT remove my number. I told them that if they didn't I would call my lawyer; I called my lawyer anyway because I had made the same request about my number the day before.

This number calls my cell phone 2 to 3 times a day. I have tried telling them I am not the person they are looking for!! The lady  ***g up on me last night! Rude! I have tried calling back but just put on hold!!  They keep asking for some guy I have never heard of!! I am getting tired of them calling me!! This has been going on for a couple of weeks. I did talk to a different rep on Sat. and told her to take my  number off of that person's account because I didn't know them and they still keep calling me!!

it is IC systems doing a medical collectionsthey do not answer right away because they use an automatic dialer that notifies them after you answer the phone and it takes them a couple seconds to get to you.
