They call everyday at different times, when I answer it no ones is on the other line.
They call me at least 6 times a day and it has been happening for the last month. I had a medical bill that kept getting sent to my parents house. My parents s****ed throwing away my mail that I didn't forward a few years ago. I simply called the hospital and set up automatic payments directly through them. I keep getting calls, I never pick up but finally got annoyed enough to block them.S****ed getting calls from a second number a few weeks later, blocked that and not I don't hear from them anymore.
I'm not really sure who this company is or what they're calling for, I think originally they may have called looking for my husband. Now they call, it rings once & they **** up so I programmed this and several other number like it into my phone &****igned them a ringtone that beeps once & does nothing else.Anytime a collection company calls me I make them give me the information they have & I tell them whether it's correct or not. If they won't do that I tell them to send me so****ing in writing because I will not give my personal information over the phone. They don't like it but I figure if it's a valid debt they shouldn't have any qualms with sending me a paper bill.
WOW... how presumptuous to****ume that ALL Spanish speakers come from Mexico...
Info I have is that it is a collection agency based in Minnesota called IC Systems. And judging by the number of complaints a***nst them for their ****ods and tactics, it looks like they are not very nice or ethical. My young daughter's new cell phone is getting calls from them 4-6 times a day. I am going to contact them and tell them to stop calling as the number they had on their records has been reassigned to a young girl. If they don't stop, then I will consider legal steps.
I get daily calls from this number. I will not answer and want them to stop. What can i do?
Don't think it's a collection agency, just annoying, rude and intrusive telemarketers
W***ver is calling from that number calls me every single day, thats harrassment!
I am on Medicaid, and Yes, the lady which I re-called and contacted acted very "stern", and adamant... about the information she wanted me to disclose to her. And the company? I treat these companies like they treat me, but with my own sense of disrespect, and*****ounced insulting pun regardless of what they ask me to stick in their collection agenda.Let 'em have it. Freedom of S***ch is perfect for expressing how you feel, with bonus insulting hilarity on top of itself. They expect us to get them rich off of our Sickness. That is just cruel, so play cruel back.My regards.
You can find out how to sue collections companies and win. Search the internet for the facts on how to do this. The information is available. You'll love the fact that the collectors are bound by several rules and you are bound by very few of those rules. The collectors are being sued all of the time. More and more people are getting wise to the ****ods used to collect and are fighting back. You should fight back too. Don't let them harass you. Time to put on the ***ss knuckles and let 'em know that you cannot be pushed around.
You need to use blocking on your 'phone to stop them. This is NCO collections, bottom feeders who are trying to get you to pay money for whatever reason. They are basically buying your bills for pennies on the dollar and trying to make a profit by getting you to pay ( any amount ). You don't have to pay 100% of anything to collections companies. Call it a business decision, if you want. There is no m**** issue here. What is imm**** is the game the banks and collections people play. They get 100% write off while creating money out of thin air. You are made to feel like you are imm**** because you can't pay. They harass you until you give them "so****ing" then they have simply "won" a game where they act as though they know all of the rules. Number one rule is don't give in. Don't give ANY information. These callers are on commission and should be treated no better than the clowns that they are. Give them NO respect. They DO NOT deserve it.
***! These people are SO annoying! They had been calling me every single day for 2 weeks! I had called back a few times and finally was able to talk to a real person. They were trying to get personal information out of me so I ***g up on them...they kept calling. Finally I called back and told them I don't know the person you're looking for and I haven't received a call from them for almost a week now.
This place pretended to be from one of MY credit card companies - but didn't say which one. I knew it wasn't since I know what cards I have and I am not late on any. They came across to me as iden***y thief.
I get calls from them every day.. i don't pick up anymore.. as they will not tell me what it is regarding.. seems to be a collections agency,... but i have never been past due to be reported to collections.. as all my bills are up to date.
I completely understand about not being able to pay bills at this time. I had a ****** last March & haven't been able to work since. It may or may not be bill collector, but I do know this, if they are not stored in my cell phone as someone I know, I will not pick up the phone. They 'choose' to NOT leave a message, so it is not my problem. They shouldn't be calling my cell phone anyway, it is unlisted, unpublished, and I am on the DO NOT CALL list, but telemarketers and some ****** Spanish speaking (&^&$ computer calls all the time, what the freak is up with that. I am not Mexican! I can't pay anyone either & I am sure we are not the only ones, in this country at this time, in this boat.
When I answered, I pretty much yelled at the phone, because this number has been calling me for the past few days with ***ody actually being on the line. Then a computer voice told me to 'please hold the line while I connect you.' after a few minutes the computer voice came back on and said so****ing like 'I'm sorry I couldn't connect your call, I'll try back later.' That is not what I wanted to hear, but hopefully if I stop answering calls from this number, they'll stop calling.
they keep calling me too. i think they are a collection agency.
They called me, and the person on the line demanded that I give him my birth-date and address. When I refused, he said that he could not continue with the call.Phishing is not approved debt-collection behavior, is it?
The reason they don't leave a voicemail is legally speaking if they don't leave a message they can call you as many times a day they want, if they leave a message they are not allowed to call back, it's an annoying tactic but it's legal. I have s****ed to get calls from this company also, however I don't know why, I don't have anything that has gone to collections for a few years.
How did they get my freaking cell phone number? And they called and ***g up. Have the guts to leave a message
It's a call from a place called I.C. Systems. I called them back after they had called me a minute ago. I get calls from them at least 6 times a day and I never answer. I.C. Systems is a collection agency. This doesn't surprise me at all because I have quite a few bills I can't pay and it seems everyone is after me for so****ing these days.
they call let it ring once and then **** up
These idiots keep calling my house asking for someone who doesn't even live here. No matter what I tell them, they keep calling. I wish I knew who they were so I could take legal action.
