Scam or fake collections call from IC System
They call repeatedly during all hours. They never leave a message on the machine. When we do answer the phone they are very nasty and threatening. They have been told this is for a bill that is in dispute and they still demand payment immediately. We have asked for documentation of the bill and have never received it. We just ignore the calls. They have numerous telephone numbers they use.
This is a collection agency. In my case, it was about a Paypal balance.
Keep on calling 4-5-6 times a day but no answer and hang up!
They constantly keep calling and im soo sick of it i dont even answer my phone
They Keep calling my cell phone like every hour and sometimes every five minutes I'd just like them to stop!
Calls all the time. Will not leave me alone. Tired of it
These idiots have been calling a new number of mine 2-6 times a weekday for months. Could be PayPal, as there were some calls identified as PayPal looking for some woman who must have had my number before. The only relief I'cve found is a new answering device available from truecall.co.uk they have a USA version. Works great, IC Systems never gets through the shield, and my phone is very very quiet.
Calls and leaves no message....3 times a day!
no action no one there just recorded message.
3 or four calls per day

Please send an e-mail to [email protected]'s how they think Tips for Winning on the Telephone When invoices and letters to debtors go unanswered, it’s time to turn to the telephone for your collection efforts. As a collection tool, the telephone rates as one of the best since it offers convenient, timely, and cost-effective, two-way communication. To win on the telephone, it’s essential that you be prepared since many debtors can more than hold their own on the phone. Why? Consider that the debtor who owes you, probably owes others. And if you are calling, other creditors are also calling…and possibly have been for months. Therefore, you may be speaking with a debtor who is skilled in stall tactics and excuses that have worked in the past.Prepare for the Call Pre-call planning consists of changing your attitude and following four steps before each call. A New Attitude – Your debtor received a service and is the better for it. And as the provider, you deserve to be paid. Remember, the first call is not your first contact. The debtor has had many chances to pay: at time of service, at first invoice, and at reminder notices. Four Steps for Success 1. Gather Facts – Know exactly how much is owed, for what, and for how long. Stating facts, dates, and exact numbers establishes credibility and intimidates debtors…making them less likely to argue. 2. Review History – Has the debtor owed you before? What were their objections? Have precedents been set by previous deals? A thorough review helps you uncover potential problems or opportunities for holding debtors to their promises. 3. Decide in Advance – Are you willing to accept less than full payment? How much less, and under what conditions? Experienced debtors try to make deals. Any hesitation on your part during the negotiations can weaken your position and put the debtor in control. 4. Put Time on Your Side – The best chance to catch a debtor at home is 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday through Friday. On Saturdays, try between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Before calling a debtor, make sure you fully understand your state regulations regarding allowable calling times. Phone Skills: Be Better Than the DebtorTo make the most of your call, follow these tips:1. Confirm that you are speaking to the correct person at the correct address. If anyone else answers, do not share the purpose of the call with them and ask to speak to the proper person. 2. Identify yourself to the debtor by giving your name, title, and the name of your business. 3. Ask for payment in full! Example: “Mr. Debtor, your account with us is seriously overdue. Will you mail your $500 check today, or will you drive by our office with your check today?”4. Wait for the debtor’s response. Up to this point, you’ve done all the talking. A timely pause puts the burden on the debtor. The longer the silence lasts, the more pressure builds on the debtor. Do not break the silence!5. Listen to the debtor and note any clues to help you obtain payment in full. Figure out a way to motivate the debtor.6. Find the solution by asking questions and using information provided by the debtor. Maintain credibility by using the facts you gathered for your pre-call plan. 7. Close the deal! Be sure that you and the debtor agree on a method and date of payment. Ask the debtor to write down your name, address, phone number, and what he/she has promised to do. Make a note of your conversation and put it with the debtor’s records.“Prizes” for Non-Payment If your debtor says he/she won’t pay, you need to adopt a new strategy. For starters, don’t argue with them. Let them think they have won. Then, list off their “prizes” -- interest charges, no future services, forwarding of the account to a collection agency, reporting to a credit bureau, etc. Offer them the opportunity to forgo such prizes by ensuring their payment is received within 10 days. Debtors sometimes make payment decisions after hanging up. So, there is a chance you could still receive payment. But if you don’t receive payment, then it’s time to forward the account to a professional collection agency.Copyright © 2005 I.C. System. All rights reserved.Back to Articles.
They keep calling me asking for the wrong person and won't stop calling.
Quit calling my cell phone.
I don't have any past due bills...............
these people had a computer call for 6-8 calls. the computer jsut hung up as soon as i answered. it was trying to calculate the best times to have paid employee make the calls. once they figure that out when you answer your phone a person starts making the calls. they ask for some unknown person. and if you react in any questioning way they hangup on you, only to call again a few days later. i have been hearing from them for about 6 months and they call about 3 -4 times a day.

I. C. Systems (Integrated Collection Systems) A debt collector working under contract with eBay and others.
They keep calling and right now will talk when phone is answered.
Got a call from this company IC Systems, refuse to talk to people and only wait for answering machine to pickup. Call is not for someone in my household.

I will not answer these people. I would think if they wanted me they would leave a message and they dont. i refuse to answer if the dont wanna leave me info anyway. call me at least 6 times a day and sometimes every couple of minutes
i keep telling them that they have the wrong numer because they do. however, they ownt stop and call me constantly
I wish these people would stop calling me. I have no idea of why they are calling, and really don't care.
constant call to my cell phone daily
They call me from this number and it automatically hangs up after 2 seconds. You call them back and it picks up but no one speaks just line static and the only thing I can think of preceeding this was I cancelled membership to metrodate.com after the first month. Tim, Soulsbyville, CA
every time i answer, they hang up... it is IC systems and they are a collection agency but they work with other companies besides eBay. i'm not sure why they are calling me, i wish they would stay on the phone long enough to tell me...
CALL IS FROM IC SYSTEMS, PAYPAL BRANCH TRYING TO COLLECT PAYPAL & OR EBAY DEBT
Calls my cell phone 5-10 times a day, wanting me to pay a bill for a doctor's office I've never visited, and I've never heard of the doctor's name. They claim that I signed off on the bill, when I asked for proof they said they mailed it to some address that is nowhere near me.
I've told them that I'm not paying anything until they can prove that I either a) saw this doctor or b) had some kind of lab lab work read by this doctor, but all they do is verbally tell me that they have the bill and because of HIPPA regulations it doesn't say what it's for. Sounds like a complete and total scam to me, especially seeing as how I know who my doctors are.
Well i got this call that came in and left no message. I did google and it comes up as PAYPAL debt collections
Calls a dozen times a day at all hours.
They are calling daily. Just started the first week in December.
They have called 30 times in the last two weeks. When I ask them any info about them they hang up. Definitely some type of scam that needs to be shutdown.
They call several times a day.
ic systems on caller ID;
hangs up when I answer
bugging me all day from 7am
until 12am only a machine
They keep asking for someone that I don't know. I guess I should feel lucky that it's not someone that I know. That appears to be a worse situation. I'm doing what I can to make it known what IC Systems is about.
calls a dozen times a day
20 calls a day.
I am getting called from this number at least 4-5 times a day for months! Very irritating! Please someone out there, get them to stop!
call several times a day
I keep getting calls from this number that I don't know...

Calling 8-9 times a day sometimes late at night
Scam IC Systems, says 'attempting to collect a debt'

I've never bought from ebay nor do i have an account. they don't talk to voice mail. they called me before and after the allowed telemarketing hours too by the way. i'm going to see if i can block them, they're obviously just jerks dialing around.
This number is from a company called IC Systems, I answered once and asked. They call 3-4 times a day on my cell phone and never leave a message.I am sure they are a bill collectors, from either ebay or verizon, They even call on Sundays.Would love to block them but my latest cellphone doesn't have that feature asmy old one did. Will check into that do not call registry though, thanks for that information
Had 5 missed calls today from this number on a cell phone. I don't use ebay, don't owe ebay anything, and sure haven't bought anything on it, what gives???
This is Ebay/Paypal debt collecting business. They call 3-5 times a day and ask for their $18.16 cents that I don’t owe them. The name on the Ebay account that is past due does not even match my name. I find it so entertaining. I just answer and say, “Please hold for the next representative” then hang up. I did have my attorney send a letter disputing the debt, but I SOOOOO look forward to talking with them. Lol
by the way, you are INSANE to give anyone like this your credit card information.
your cell phone company can and will block this number. For Verizon wireless for instance it is *611, then 0. Make sure your number is also registered on donotcall.govIf you feel vindictive, fill out anything junk mail/email you feel like to this information(make sure you don't 'tag' yourself by accident if it's internet junk).anyone wants IC Sys. Very funny call I received from them. Person asked for me, and I stated they were talking to the right person. Then they played some kind of R&B song saying "Thank God I found you" "you're my everything.", etc etc. Very very funny. They never said another word, just played the song then it was cut.
these people are driving me crazy...they hang up when i answer or when i finally talk to them...i can't find out why they are calling me...i told them i believe that they are calling the wrong num.....i just got this new cell num...and they won't listen to me!!!!!
calls 5 times a day every day
My caller ID lists this number as I. C Systems, IN. They call my number frequently, but when I answer, there is no one on the line. I have never talked with a person when they call. Very strange!!!
these people keep calling me on a cell phone that is used for an emergency only. they need to stop !!!
Can't be ebay. I've never bought or sold on ebay or had an account with ebay. I'm getting called frequently. I owe zero debt except for mortgage which is current. I've never even had a late payment.
Bill collector for ebay.
It is not a bill collector for ebay. It has to be a telemarketer. I received a call at my tossable digits account phone number from this number(651-204-1341). Only one person has this number for me. It is not my normal cell or home. So, it is not a personal phone call, it is an auto-generated telemarketing call. Trust me.
They called and left a message to call them. We called back and got a recording, then they hung up. Never have we got to talk to anybody. They aren't even calling for us.
harrasing phone calls about a debt that is incorrectly listed under my info form ebay. i asked caller to take me off of their call list and caller disrespectfully stated they would keep calling me.
wont stop calling me, almost daily
They are "blowing up" my phone...STOP NOW!!!
Morons keep calling and hanging up. Have no clue what this is about.
It is a bill collector for ebay
I get several calls from this number every day. I usually don't wait to hear you it is but finally did today and they asked for Bruno Martinez...it's always a call on my cell phone...which is a new number so I told the woman there was no Bruno Martinez and maybe he had my cell phone number before I did and to take my number off their call list.
I did not make it to the phone in time to pick up. I tried to call back and the number said their office is now closed. I recived this call on Saturday around 1:43pm.It is probably a bill collector.
3 calls in 4 days now i just don't answer. caller never spoke or left message.
why dont you jsut stay on long enough to find out what it is regarding. it cant be that annoying if you just keep hanging up.
This number calls me about 2 times a day, and it asks me to hold on for connection. I always hang-up machine calls as always. but it's annoying.
Today is satuday and they gave me a call at lunch time. When I answered my cell phone, a recording gave me the number for a collection agency. I didn't bother calling the agency back, instead, I hit the redial on my cell phone and called back. After a few rings, someone answered, I requested they remove my phone number. The receptionist said he would "block" the number, claiming it could take up to 24 hours. To be honest, I bet this is eBay related... Some guy used my info a while back and registered a few accounts... whatever.
they called asking if i knew a sasha. and they were asking me how long i had my phone number for. it was so messed up. i hung up on them shortly
