They have been calling continuously and I have gone to my cell carrier to have this number blocked. The first time I answered this a woman spoke asking for someone, but couldn't understand her that well. My caller ID doesn't show me anything.

Answer the call and say, DO NOT CALL and they must remove you from their list. Simple as that. Companies are very sensitive to do not call list, now.

These people call up to 12 times a day. Never leave a message and no response when answered. Very annoying. Shows up as GE Money on caller ID.
