I hear that if u report or tell them ur going to report them to the BBB then I believe its understood that ull be treated lawfully. I believe they can only call once a day and u should never be asked about work info or any other personal info to them to slander u . therefore a issue one could bring to court.

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING ME 678-518-2880 THEY DON'T LEAVE A VOICE MAIL AS TO WHO THEY ARE OR WHOM THEY ARE TRYING TO REACH. tHEY HAVE CALLED ME 5 TIME WITHING 30 MINUTES. IF THEY ARE A BILL COLLECTOR THEY SURE DONT KNOW THE FDCPA RULES.

I've received 10 phone calls in the last 24 hours from this number.  They do not idenitfy themselves or leave a message.  I have no idea who is calling, but I think that if it's important, they will leave a message.

Calls my cell phone now.  Leaves a blank message.  Web lookup shows the origin to be a land line in Atlanta, Georgia.  No idea who it is.  I'm guessing it's a collection agency, but they don't identify themselves or who they are working for.
