I agree with Stuart - the same thing just happened to me.  I called the number on the back of my card and I did have fraudulent activity.  I think these folks are legit but always call the number on the card

Just got a call. They said there was fraudulent activity on my Shell Platinum card, which I do not even have one of those. Scammers. Person spoke English but all garbled.

got a call from 904-954-1092 and let it go to Voicemail - they stated it was the Citibank credit card fraud dept and gave a # to call.  Called the # on the back of my card instead and they confirmed there was a fraud block on my card as a vendor I had used my card with had lost some data.  Always safer to call the # on the card !
