Calling and ****ing up

RV I received a call from this number, but as far as I can tell did not receive a message.  Who is this?

Offering a $300.00 rebate for overcharges. Have called me 6-8 times over the last month from a bunch of different numbers.

Spam!

Called Dec. 4th, 2018 at 3:30 pm, no one there and left n o message.

Left computerized voicemail stating there was so****ing wrong with my social. Called the number back and got message that this is not a number that is in service!

Mary The caller is identified as "Research Center" by the caller id. I decided not to take the call and they did not leave a message.

Farhad I ***g up when I heard "Research Center". They called a***n but I didn't answer.

Dean Martin CID shows "Research Center". I don't answer and they continue calling and calling. non-stop. No message is ever left. The name implies that it could be a survey company.

Repeated calls. Never leaves a message. Called it back and got busy signal.

Pissed Free security system. When I pressed one to talk to someone, I asked who their company was and asked if the person I was talking to worked for that company as well, many times companies farm out their call centers to big call centers. He said yes then ***g up on me.

No one there when I answered the call.

S***bags keep calling for my husband who passed away 1 year ago, when I tell them not to call they **** up.

Eric 12317981059 - This unknown number called me twice in the span of 24 hours.I answered the first time and immediately received an automated recording which stated, "Please hold for a representative.". I abruptly ***g-up because it sounded like similar to what a collections agency would attempt to do in order to contact delinquint account holders.
