Someone is giving out my number, I'm almost sure of it. How else are these people ending up on my phone bill? I don't know anyone out of state or give out my number randomly.

What they are doing is highly illegal and a violation of several state and federal laws. Since we can't ***** them, sending them to jail would be the next best thing. If they call and you speak with them, do NOT give them any personal information, but milk them for everything you can find out about them. Then report it immediately. These crooks move quickly and often. I've gotten calls from Seattle, New York, Detroit and now St. Louis.
