Location
The person calling is an alleged psychiatric patient. He is not, he is trying to stay out of prison by any means and now is doing it as an alleged psychiatric patient. His NYSID # is 1409627Y; I also complained to the physciatric center from which he calls someone who then calls from the above # as a 3-way call/collect call.

Si The number belongs to Drive Financial, a company who finances automobiles. I believe that this number in particular is used by their collections department.
I got a call on my cell phone around 2:45 pm. Almost as soon as that phone stopped ringing, my work phone rang and it was the same number calling. When I answered, the caller immediately ***g up.

Anonymous CRIMINAL! Report to all local non-emergency lines for the places he is listed to live. Even if he is fraudulently using other people’s addresses. AT&T is actively investigating. I’m call non-emergency lines and FBI next. FBI has a card scam/fraud department. I have been having multiple hits of credit card fraud and I’m sure it’s this loser.
