this is from PCS, a prison phone system. A collect call from an inmate at one of the prisons they service.

Who is calling me from this number? I read on the Internet that this is a scam trying to get people's Social Security numbers out!

Received 7 calls in 9 hours.  All calls sounded like a fax ma****e.  I called the number back and was redirected by a recorded message to call 877-805-9074.  They answered as Onstar customer support, took my phone number and said the calls will stop in 72 hours.

Today they didn't disconnect when answering ma****e picked up and a lot of background noise from people with heavy Mid Eastern accents. Mist likely scam call since they never leave a message as to why they're calling or who the call is for. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
